Here’s a start - H.R. 2755: The Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act

To abolish the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks, to repeal the Federal Reserve Act, and for other purposes.

Per the Congressional Research Service the Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act Abolishes the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, as well as each Federal Reserve Bank and repeals the Federal Reserve Act.

This Bill has been referred to House Financial Service Committee (See Below)

Committees are like "mini Congresses". Most bills begin by being considered by one or several congressional committees which may "report" the bill favorably or unfavorably to the Senate or House as a whole allowing it to receive consideration by the full body and move forward, or may fail to consider a bill at all preventing the bill from moving forward. Most bills never receive any committee consideration and are never reported out. House bills start in House committees and enter Senate committees only after being passed by the House and received by the Senate, and similarly for Senate bills.

Information on committee proceedings is notoriously opaque: committees vary in what information they make public and often do not provide basic public information such as the results of votes electronically or in an understandable format. Furthermore, if your Member of Congress does not sit on any committee relevant to this bill, you generally have no opportunity to voice your opinion on the bill while the bill is receiving its most important consideration.

If you ever want it to stop then first you must understand a few things.
1) The reason you are getting screwed so badly every time you go into court is because you have no idea what you're doing.
2) Even most people who feel they understand the court systems well and have had to be involved within the court systems the better part of their lives still are relatively clueless to the truth of law.
3) To liberate your freedoms and check oppressive agents of deception you must be willing to research not only statutes but the law as well as corresponding with your community officials.

If you resolve yourself to this disposition you'll find that despite all the deception in the world "they" will not be able to disjoin the truth, the essence of the law nor the spirit of what is right from your side. With this and acting as an educated diligent citizen law will prevail in your interest.

Though today we find that we're constantly involved in dispute, adjudication and legal plunder. This is not necessary though. Dispute may be resolved or circumvented by the use of the proper channels and when acting honorably. In fact dispute is never necessary nor is it favorable since to raise dispute is, in the eyes of the court, to automatically be considered in dishonor. Therefore, it is always favorable to accept terms conditionally, to discharge notices and create bills for orders. All of which can be done with aid of a Notary Public, who will attest and certify the authenticity of your legal processes thus evidencing for you and establishing you lawful standing. The California Code governing the Notary Public is below. In short you must administrate your own affairs intelligently and honorably.

8205. (a) It is the duty of a notary public, when requested:
(1) To demand acceptance and payment of foreign and inland bills
of exchange, or promissory notes, to protest them for nonacceptance
and nonpayment, and to exercise any other powers and duties that by
the law of nations and according to commercial usages, or by the laws
of any other state, government, or country, may be performed by
notaries.
(2) To take the acknowledgment or proof of powers of attorney,
mortgages, deeds, grants, transfers, and other instruments of writing
executed by any person, and to give a certificate of that proof or
acknowledgment, endorsed on or attached to the instrument. The
certificate shall be signed by the notary public in the notary public'
s own handwriting. A notary public may not accept any acknowledgment
or proof of any instrument that is incomplete.
(3) To take depositions and affidavits, and administer oaths and
affirmations, in all matters incident to the duties of the office, or
to be used before any court, judge, officer, or board. Any
deposition, affidavit, oath, or affirmation shall be signed by the
notary public in the notary's own handwriting. Your ignorance and your dishonor is what takes your freedom away and gives power and jurisdiction to them.


The secret they don't want you to know is that without admission of dispute our courts have no jurisdiction over us - except when one uses fraud in contracts, damages property or hurts someone. If you acted honorably and didn't file the complaint then you are not raising dispute. Without your agreement to the presence of such dispute there is no jurisdiction for them to act upon. Most people know, if they've been to court much, that the first thing they ask you is "have the parties attempted to settle?". This is because if you can truthfully say "no, your honor, there's been no discussion and I can't consent to adjudication" they have no jurisdiction - they have no power. Therefore, the power of the courts arises out of your failure to properly document the administration of correspondence and settle misunderstandings. The finest part
is that nobody can make you do anything, or exercise power over you as long as you live with truth and honor. Whenever you receive a notice, demand or bill or anything you don't agree with or there is a misunderstanding use your best efforts to administrate and settle the matter AND use your notary to document your good faith efforts and correspondence to the other party BUT ESPECIALLY their dishonor of your notices, bills and correspondence. As stated in the law governing the Notary, they can and must demand acceptance and payment of bills, notes and
protest them when not accepted. When the opposing party refuses to pay or accept your bills or notes they are the one who has acted in dishonor and the declaration of protest from your Notary, which they also must do, then makes the party liable for all damage or loss arising from the dishonor of the instrument.

False Flag Attacks + USA = Not Possible?

Operation Northwoods, or Northwoods, was a false-flag conspiracy plan, proposed within the United States government in 1962. The plan called for CIA or other operatives to kill American civilians and commit apparent acts of terrorism in U.S. cities to create public support for a war against Castro-led Cuba. One plan was to "develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington".

This operation is especially notable in that it included plans for hijackings and bombings followed by the use of phony evidence that would blame the terrorist acts on a foreign government, namely Cuba.

The plan states,

"The desired resultant from the execution of this plan would be to place the United States in the apparent position of suffering defensible grievances from a rash and irresponsible government of Cuba and to develop an international image of a Cuban threat to peace in the Western Hemisphere."

Operation Northwoods was drafted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and signed by then-Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer, and sent to the Secretary of Defense.

Several other proposals were listed, including the real or simulated actions against various U.S military and civilian targets. Operation Northwoods was part of the U.S. government's Cuban Project (Operation Mongoose) anti-Castro initiative. It was never officially accepted or executed.

The main proposal was presented in a document entitled "Justification for US Military Intervention in Cuba (TS)," a collection of draft memoranda written by the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) representative to the Caribbean Survey Group.^[1] (The parenthetical "TS" in the title of the document is an initialism for "Top Secret.") The document was presented by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara on March 13 as a preliminary submission for planning purposes. The Joint Chiefs of Staff recommended that both the covert and overt aspects of any such operation be assigned to them.

The previously secret document was originally made public on November 18, 1997, by the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Review Board,^[2] a U.S. federal agency overseeing the release of government records related to John F. Kennedy's assassination.^{[3][4][5][6][7]} A total 1521 pages of once-secret military records covering 1962 to 1964 were concomitantly declassified by said Review Board.

"Appendix to Enclosure A" and "Annex to Appendix to Enclosure A" of the Northwoods document were first published online by the National Security Archive on November 6, 1998 in a joint venture with CNN as part of CNN's 1998 Cold War television documentary series^[8][9]—specifically, as a documentation supplement to "Episode 10: Cuba," which aired on November 29, 1998.^[10][11] "Annex to Appendix to Enclosure A" is the section of the document which contains the proposals to stage terrorist attacks.

The Northwoods document was published online in a more complete form (i.e., including cover memoranda) by the National Security Archive on April 30, 2001.^[12]

In response to a request for pretexts for military intervention by the Chief of Operations of the Cuba Project, Brig. Gen. Edward Lansdale, the document lists methods (with, in some cases, outlined plans) the authors believed would garner public and international support for U.S. military intervention in Cuba. These are staged attacks purporting to be of Cuban origin.

1. Since it would seem desirable to use legitimate provocation as the basis for US military intervention in Cuba a cover and deception plan, to include requisite preliminary actions such as has been developed in response to Task 33 c, could be executed as an initial effort to provoke Cuban reactions. Harassment plus deceptive actions to convince the Cubans of imminent invasion would be emphasized. Our military posture throughout execution of the plan will allow a rapid change from exercise to intervention if Cuban response justifies.

2. A series of well coordinated incidents will be planned to take place in and around Guantanamo to give genuine appearance of being done by hostile Cuban forces.

a. Incidents to establish a credible attack (not in chronological order):

(1) Start rumors (many). Use clandestine radio.

(2) Land friendly Cubans in uniform "over-the-fence" to stage attack on base.

(3) Capture Cuban (friendly) saboteurs inside the base.

(4) Start riots near the base main gate (friendly Cubans).

(5) Blow up ammunition inside the base; start fires.

(6) Burn aircraft on air base (sabotage).

(7) Lob mortar shells from outside of base into base. Some damage to installations.

(8) Capture assault teams approaching from the sea or vicinity of Guantanamo City.

(9) Capture militia group which storms the base.

(10) Sabotage ship in harbor; large fires -- napthalene.

(11) Sink ship near harbor entrance. Conduct funerals for mock-victims (may be in lieu of (10)).

b. United States would respond by executing offensive operations to secure water and power supplies, destroying artillery and mortar emplacements which threaten the base.

c. Commence large scale United States military operations.

3. A "Remember the Maine" incident could be arranged in several forms:

a. We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba.

b. We could blow up a drone (unmanned) vessel anywhere in the Cuban waters. We could arrange to cause such incident in the vicinity of Havana or Santiago as a spectacular result of Cuban attack from the air or sea, or both. The presence of Cuban planes or ships merely investigating the intent of the vessel could be fairly compelling evidence that the ship was taken under attack. The nearness to Havana or Santiago would add credibility especially to those people that might have heard the blast or have seen the fire. The US could follow up with an air/sea rescue operation covered by US fighters to "evacuate" remaining members of the non-existent crew. Casualty lists in US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation.

4. We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington.

The terror campaign could be pointed at refugees seeking haven in the United States. We could sink a boatload of Cubans enroute to Florida (real or simulated). We could foster attempts on lives of Cuban refugees in the United States even to the extent of wounding in instances to be widely publicized. Exploding a few plastic bombs in carefully chosen spots, the arrest of Cuban agents and the release of prepared documents substantiating Cuban involvement, also would be helpful in projecting the idea of an irresponsible government.

5. A "Cuban-based, Castro-supported" filibuster could be simulated against a neighboring Caribbean nation (in the vein of the 14th of June invasion of the Dominican Republic). We know that Castro is backing subversive efforts clandestinely against Haiti, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Nicaragua at present and possible others. These efforts can be magnified and additional ones contrived for exposure. For example, advantage can be taken of the sensitivity of the Dominican Air Force to intrusions within their national air space. "Cuban" B-26 or C-46 type aircraft could make cane-burning raids at night. Soviet Bloc incendiaries could be found. This could be coupled with "Cuban" messages to the Communist underground in the Dominican Republic and "Cuban" shipments of arm which would be found, or intercepted, on the beach.

6. Use of MIG type aircraft by US pilots could provide additional provocation. Harassment of civil air, attacks on surface shipping and destruction of US military drone aircraft by MIG type planes would be useful as complementary actions. An F-86 properly painted would convince air passengers that they saw a Cuban MIG, especially if the pilot of the transport were to announce such fact. The primary drawback to this suggestion appears to be the security risk inherent in obtaining or modifying an aircraft. However, reasonable copies of the MIG could be produced from US resources in about three months.

7. Hijacking attempts against civil air and surface craft should appear to continue as harassing measures condoned by the government of Cuba. Concurrently, genuine defections of Cuban civil and military air and surface craft should be encouraged.

8. It is possible to create an incident which will demonstrate convincingly that a Cuban aircraft has attacked and shot down a chartered civil airliner enroute from the United States to Jamaica, Guatemala, Panama or Venezuela. The destination would be chosen only to cause the flight plan route to cross Cuba. The passengers could be a group of college students off on a holiday or any grouping of persons with a common interest to support chartering a non-scheduled flight.

a. An aircraft at Eglin AFB would be painted and numbered as an exact duplicate for a civil registered aircraft belonging to a CIA proprietary organization in the Miami area. At a designated time the duplicate would be substituted for the actual civil aircraft and would be loaded with the selected passengers, all boarded under carefully prepared aliases. The actual registered aircraft would be converted to a drone.

b. Take off times of the drone aircraft and the actual aircraft will be scheduled to allow a rendezvous south of Florida. From the rendezvous point the passenger-carrying aircraft will descend to minimum altitude and go directly into an auxiliary field at Eglin AFB where arrangements will have been made to evacuate the passengers and return the aircraft to its original status. The drone aircraft meanwhile will continue to fly the filed flight plan. When over Cuba the drone will being transmitting on the international distress frequency a "MAY DAY" message stating he is under attack by Cuban MIG aircraft. The transmission will be interrupted by destruction of the aircraft which will be triggered by radio signal. This will allow ICAO radio stations in the Western Hemisphere to tell the US what has happened to the aircraft instead of the US trying to "sell" the incident.

9. It is possible to create an incident which will make it appear that Communist Cuban MIGs have destroyed a USAF aircraft over international waters in an unprovoked attack.

a. Approximately 4 or 5 F-101 aircraft will be dispatched in trail from Homestead AFB, Florida, to the vicinity of Cuba. Their mission will be to reverse course and simulate fakir aircraft for an air defense exercise in southern Florida. These aircraft would conduct variations of these flights at frequent Intervals. Crews would be briefed to remain at least 12 miles off the Cuban coast; however, they would be required to carry live ammunition in the event that hostile actions were taken by the Cuban MIGs.

b. On one such flight, a pre-briefed pilot would fly tail-end Charley at considerable interval between aircraft. While near the Cuban Island this pilot would broadcast that he had been jumped by MIGs and was going down. No other calls would be made. The pilot would then fly directly west at extremely low altitude and land at a secure base, an Eglin auxiliary. The aircraft would be met by the proper people, quickly stored and given a new tail number. The pilot who had performed the mission under an alias, would resume his proper identity and return to his normal place of business. The pilot and aircraft would then have disappeared.

c. At precisely the same time that the aircraft was presumably shot down a submarine or small surface craft would disburse F-101 parts, parachute, etc., at approximately 15 to 20 miles off the Cuban coast and depart. The pilots returning to Homestead would have a true story as far as they knew. Search ships and aircraft could be dispatched and parts of aircraft found.

Journalist James Bamford summarized Operation Northwoods in his April 24, 2001 book Body of Secrets:

"Operation Northwoods, which had the written approval of the Chairman and every member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, called for innocent people to be shot on American streets; for boats carrying refugees fleeing Cuba to be sunk on the high seas; for a wave of violent terrorism to be launched in Washington, D.C., Miami, and elsewhere. People would be framed for bombings they did not commit; planes would be hijacked. Using phony evidence, all of it would be blamed on Castro, thus giving Lemnitzer and his cabal the excuse, as well as the public and international backing, they needed to launch their war."^[13]

[edit] Related Operation Mongoose proposals

In addition to Operation Northwoods, under the Operation Mongoose program the U.S. Department of Defense had a number of similar proposals to be taken against the Cuban regime of Fidel Castro.

Twelve of these proposals come from a February 2, 1962 memorandum entitled "Possible Actions to Provoke, Harass or Disrupt Cuba," written by Brig. Gen. William H. Craig and submitted to Brig. Gen. Edward Lansdale, the commander of the Operation Mongoose project.^{[14][5][6][7]}

The memorandum outlines Operation Bingo, a plan to, in its words, "create an incident which has the appearance of an attack on U.S. facilities (GMO) in Cuba, thus providing an excuse for use of U.S. military might to overthrow the current government of Cuba."

It also includes Operation Dirty Trick, a plot to blame Castro if the 1962 Mercury manned space flight carrying John Glenn crashed, saying

"The objective is to provide irrevocable proof that, should the MERCURY manned orbit flight fail, the fault lies with the Communists et al Cuba [sic]." It continues, "This to be accomplished by manufacturing various pieces of evidence which would prove electronic interference on the part of the Cubans."

Even after General Lemnitzer lost his job as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Joint Chiefs of Staff still planned false-flag pretext operations at least into 1963. A different U.S. Department of Defense policy paper created in 1963 discussed a plan to make it appear that Cuba had attacked a member of the Organization of American States (OAS) so that the United States could retaliate. The U.S. Department of Defense document says of one of the scenarios,

"A contrived 'Cuban' attack on an OAS member could be set up, and the attacked state could be urged to take measures of self-defense and request assistance from the U.S. and OAS."

The plan expresses confidence that by this action

"the U.S. could almost certainly obtain the necessary two-thirds support among OAS members for collective action against Cuba."^[15][13]

Included in the nations the Joint Chiefs suggested as targets for covert attacks were Jamaica and Trinidad-Tobago. Since both were members of the British Commonwealth, the Joint Chiefs hoped that by secretly attacking them and then falsely blaming Cuba, the United States could incite the people of the United Kingdom into supporting a war against Castro.^[13] As the U.S. Department of Defense report noted,

"Any of the contrived situations described above are inherently, extremely risky in our democratic system in which security can be maintained, after the fact, with very great difficulty. If the decision should be made to set up a contrived situation it should be one in which participation by U.S. personnel is limited only to the most highly trusted covert personnel. This suggests the infeasibility of the use of military units for any aspect of the contrived situation."^[13]

The U.S. Department of Defense report even suggested covertly paying a person in the Castro government to attack the United States:

"The only area remaining for consideration then would be to bribe one of Castro's subordinate commanders to initiate an attack on [the U.S. Navy base at] Guantanamo."^[13]

[edit] Reaction

It has been reported that John F. Kennedy personally rejected the Northwoods proposal, but no official record of this exists. The proposal was sent for approval to the Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, but was not implemented. President Kennedy removed General Lemnitzer as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff shortly afterward, although he became Supreme Allied Commander of NATO in January 1963.

The continuing push against the Cuban government by internal elements of the U.S. military and intelligence community (the failed Bay of Pigs Invasion, the Cuban Project, etc.) prompted President John F. Kennedy to attempt to rein in burgeoning hardline anti-Communist sentiment that was intent on proactive, aggressive action against communist movements around the globe. After the Bay of Pigs, John F. Kennedy fired then CIA director Allen W. Dulles, Deputy Director Charles P. Cabell, as well as Deputy Director Richard Bissell, and turned his attention towards Vietnam.

Kennedy also took steps to bring discipline to the CIA's Cold War and paramilitary operations by drafting a National Security Action Memorandum (NSAM) which called for the shift of Cold War operations to the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the U.S. Department of Defense as well as a major change in the role of the CIA to exclusively deal in intelligence gathering.

On August 3, 2001, the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba (the main legislative body of the Republic of Cuba) issued a statement referring to Operation Northwoods and Operation Mongoose wherein it condemned such U.S. government plans.^[16]

Restore Real Freedom Not Some Form of False Liberty Designed to Benefit The Few

Directives To The Revolution

Previous to the present demagogue and "Terrorism" fear campaign, of post-9/11 America, a similar tactic was used; if you remember "the threat of communism", which also is merely an ideological war. During these years, and especially during the Nixon Era, the US witnessed the rise of CIA developed Counter-Intelligence Programs in which several tactics such as false-flag attacks, unlawful seizures, interrogations, ransacking (black bag jobs), bribery, fraud and numerous other secret
operations took place-- many times ending in the shattering of peoples' lives and even death. Any such type of Counter-Intelligence Program is commonly referred to the nickname COINTELPRO, and targets ranged from all types of political to social organizations and their leaders-- from the Womens Rights Movement to the Black Panthers, the National States Rights Party, The Congress on Racial Equality, and even Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., among many, many others. Today, again we face oppression, though the divide now is not racial, or sexual, or cultural. No. Today we are in danger of being oppressed on the basis of economic status and wars are fought and won everyday, economically. No longer do politicians need to direct armies, for they've found that with Global Political cooperation, the minority populous of power-wielders are able to control us through the monetary manipulation of markets and economy. They have monopolized all industry by only monopolizing the value which represents it, money. Central banks are now more unified than ever, with the IMF and World Bank at the steering wheel, they impose sanctions, embargoes and trade restrictions on less
powerful resource rich countries, so that they can maximize profits while raping them for their resources. Counties who do not go along with this plan are singled out and exploited by manipulative media tactics, mental warfare and black ops, which pave the way for inevitable conquest by force, "democratically"(so-called). These things are impossible with an aware, vigilant people, who are not afraid to be critical, and stand for liberty and justice. Below is detail some of the tactics they are using on you.


COINTELPRO DIRECTIVES

1. Make
dates-prophecy of some impending event, like Y2K, a Rapture and the coming 2012--this will cause people to wait and do nothing, as they rely on the date to fix the problem and not themselves to fix it. This stall tactic will create burnout to lessen the numbers and intensity.

2.
Plug the "time isn't right" to take action because not enough sheep are
awakened, and that the WWW or whatever media platform will deliver them
from evil and the movement with the right
amount of money
and people will snowball into millions. Post, Post, read, wait &
listen will be the mantra--stay in house, don't come out "just yet."

3.
Always hint at a possible political solution (Ron Paul) that will save
the day and we won't need to do hard work, the Republic will come as a
feather bed.

4. Have your movement hinge on one personality, no real hierachy
beyond that. Listen to him/her like it was the word of God.

5. Be paranoid and negative and not progressive and hopeful. Stay
Online.

An Idea Whose Time Has Come

There is a moment upon us, which will define the outcome of critical issues hanging in the balance. While the collective consciousness is awakening, the actions taken by those who wake are the factor that can either realize or undermine the final result toward freedom and liberty. Many want results now, but our journey is a long one and will require steady principled leadership and unwavering determination. And though there will surely be forces which will attempt to marginalize our efforts, history records virtue prevails over wickedness. Our great history has been built on our ability to follow spirit and truth; to lead by example; and in the case of the founding of our country, to never give up - no matter what the odds. These traditions are timeless FOR THEY ARE the lifeblood of any nation. Historically, man is indisposed, by the tendencies of some, to weather crises endured by many. And history is replete with examples of sufferages and fallen societies when these important values are lost. For the moral decay of any community is merely a symptom of the under-nourishment of the doctrine of ethics of that culture. There is not merit in opposing a foreign threat - whether it is fascism, communism, or terrorism - if in order to defeat that threat we must give up our essential liberties, values or ideals. And there is little value in succeeding over such evil at home if we cannot retain our rights to justice or freedom.

It is true that you may bring a candle into the darkest room and illuminate that darkness and the darkness will flee. However, you cannot do the converse - you cannot go into a room full of light and knowledge and prosperity with any amount of darkness to any affect. And that is true of our community, now that the public is aware of the darkness let us illuminate our entire house until we have caused the darkness to flee from every corner of our community. And it is true that greater than the force of mighty armies is the power of an idea whose time has come.

Opposites and Liberty

To me, when this person refers to inevitable judgment striking down the wicked, it is the same as realizing that a corrupt people will eventually hurt one another so badly that they will destroy themselves. But I don't believe that our day of reckoning is at hand, nor do I believe that there are too few principled people to make a difference, however, I do believe that it must be us who replenish the earth (of knowledge and principle - and thus integrity). A person acting against another, whether they speak out or take up arms, may be acting upon their very similar emotion while failing to realize the common bond of the two polar opposites. The one thing that we all are interested in preserving, rooted in our traditional American culture; rights - to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We're mislead when we tend to confuse, what I call, the 3 points of the 'liberty triangle'. Liberty in itself simply means freedom - so, how is it, that countries such as Peru, Venezeula, Ecuador, El Salvador, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Guatemala, Jamaica and now others, have been fooled into giving up their general welfare for what the US calls 'Liberty'? (They know they've been screwed the US merely by the change in their standard of living - just as we've now begun to feel, even in America)

It's because they (and we) were given 'liberty' but not the kind that our founders spoke and wrote of.

Equating this version of 'Liberty', to what our founders called Liberty, is a fallacy. When Government has all the freedom they have complete control over the people, complete Governmental liberty, and what is usually called SOCIALISM (which is what Communism is). When Businesses rule by charter, without Gov't, they have economic control over the people, complete Corporate liberty, and what is called Corporatism. --- And when the two share the rule over the people you have a division of power, like Mussolini's State of Fascism, or what we've closely come to resemble in America, what is called Fascism. Now, that covers 2 of the 3 points of the triangle, and one side (the side furthest away from the other, last point). The last point of the triangle, is the point of Individual Liberty; which is the type of Liberty America's Constitution is intended to represent. As well, as the other founding documents. The Bill of Rights, rests on the principle of consent of the governed, and the Declaration of Independence rest on the principle of Natural Law. However, our culture has been corrupted - by the disease of immorality - we now fail to base our day-to-day decisions on our principles, but it is these principles which is ingrained in our culture. These foundations are of the most admirable man has ever conceived and last chain that must be broken before we lose our culture (and everything America fought and stood for) is lost. Without these principle, the free world and all concepts of fairness could not stand. It is these foundations, that we must bring all fighting and opposing sides back to, as these are the common roots for us. The conflicts before us are illusions, put there by manipulators and designed to create allegiance to one - when in reality there is no other higher power.

Today, through twisted logic we've been sold dreams of security and prosperity that we would be made more efficient and free to do as we wish if we'd just give up a couple unneeded liberties a few tax dollars - and who wouldn't. With the attractive packages of socialized loss, and such so-called charitable causes for these programs, only someone without a heart would defy. Though now we clearly see the systems our parents and grandparents authorized are being abused so much to the point that even our founding documents are seemingly invalid and the act of disregarding them is inconsequential. All in the name of the greater good - majority rules. In America today, businesses must compete in an increasingly ambitious environment of production efficiency, targeted marketing and corporate consolidations. This natural course is drawn from the demand of consumers and the interests of the business entities themselves. Meanwhile, the American values and traditions have been dying. Essentially, society has, therefore, been trading the Natural Law, which freed this nation from the oppressive British Monarchy, for Corporate Law, which has brought us to a point where we can see the full circle now in view.

More liberty is better, right? Not so fast. I am the first to try to identify with this, however, recognize that it is not only the individual but also corporations and government entities which grasp for liberty. The liberation of laissez fare policies for corporate interests, even governments are attempting claim that they have 'rights' instead of privileges. The aim of Trans National Corporate agendas is simple. More profit. What they sell to you is that along with the deregulation and loosening of corporate law, you'll be provided a more competitive product. This begun only recently, in the mid to late 1800s when chartering regulations were relaxed, providing more 'Corporation friendly' laws. However, the truth is, if you think about it; what will the realistic outcome be? Already, we've seen the beginning of this played out in practice. When was the last time you we're upset about the 'personalized service' you received from a corporate establishment? Do they not treat you like a number? Can you get personal service? Do the Reps really care about you? Now, if we are relaxing the laws which govern their conduct (i.e. where they can outsource jobs to, where funds and accounts must be held, or if they have to contribute to our area at all); then, are we not cheating our selves? In essence, what is happening is the aristocracy of the crown has been replace by an aristocracy which has no particular state of residence. The dominators of the world are able to travel and hide out anywhere, and we have given them the essence of value. We've sold ourselves out, for no good reason, and haven't even taken the time to realize why we've done it. If you're upset about costs rising, your liberty being lost, and being kicked around like a chump then maybe it's time to start to examining the problems.

First off, the new motto of fairness seems to be 'unity and fairness', and it sounds great. So why is our nation being bankrupted? Well, it goes into deep seeded economic policies and as always if we want to get the truth we need to look at history. However, it's really just simple as this - if we're treating India, China and the Polynesian Islands, all as fairly as we treat our children, then it stands to reason that the wealth our grandfathers father had will not be passed down. our founders departed from the British School and formed what was known as the American School of Economics, which included three cardinal policy points:

1. Support industry: The advocacy of protectionism, and opposition to free trade - particularly for the protection of "infant industries" and those facing import competition from abroad. Examples: Tariff of 1816 and Morrill Tariff
2. Create physical infrastructure: Government finance of Internal improvements to speed commerce and develop industry. This involved the regulation of privately held infrastructure, to ensure that it meets the nation's needs. Examples: Cumberland Road and Union Pacific Railroad
3. Create financial infrastructure: A government sponsored National Bank to issue currency and encourage commerce. This involved the use of sovereign powers for the regulation of credit to encourage the development of the economy, and to deter speculation. Examples: First Bank of the United States, Second Bank of the United States, and National Banking Act[12]

Wow! Can you believe that? Our founding policies were OPPOSED to free trade. Think about why - they wanted to keep the employment rates up and discourage people from exporting too much of their wealth. By imposing tariffs on foreign goods people would then be persuaded to buy American made, thus promoting domestic industry. Pretty smart, huh.

Do you wish you could free yourself from the crunch of rising gas, food and living costs?

With the way the cost of living is progressing, doesn't it seem that it's becoming harder and harder for the 'regular American' to make it? I mean, first, we had the dot com bubble, then stocks got hit and then the mortgage bubble - it's like a chain reaction! Well, Mr. Moneybags you say it doesn't effect you... then let us see about who it benefits, so we can figure who it really hurts. I know, I know - you already know it all - but what would you say if I told you that you could double your annual income, as well as the income of your spouse, your children and their children? - Pretty skeptical, huh. Well, if you don't think it's possible then go away, stop reading immediately and go back to your work, or TV, or whatever. The truth is that this is all actually being stolen from you without you even realizing it, via economic slight of hand.

Would you be surprised to find out that this all has been done with the aid of politicians, lawyers and bankers? I know... I thought the people in these professions were leading honest lives, too! After the mortgage bubble we saw food costs go up as banks began to fail and were infused with billions and finally minimum wages were raised. So who got the worst part of the deal? The poor minimum wage people, right? How can someone even survive on that much money!

Without boring you with too many details, I'll try to breakdown exactly how this works; When new credit/money is created who get it first? The government, and banks, because they make it. Then, basically they get to spend it on whatever they want - which is often contracts for the good 'ol boys. Then, as then money passes hands the effects of inflation gradually work their way throughout the economy diluting the overall pool of value we all share. So, when trade commenced with that first new dollar, no dilution had occurred, thus that dollar was able to buy a gallon for 1.50 and milk for .99, so you see it, unfortunately, effects everybody - except for the people who use it first. So, while you may think that inflating real estate or gold prices are good because it aides the appreciation of your assets, all it really does is curb your losses to some degree. Thus, you are not losing as much as most poor people, and you might get to take advantage of that little pedestal you're standing on, but what you don't see is that someone is doing the very same thing to you. Which follows all the way up the line, straight to the good 'ol boys who're reaming all of us.

I'll let that sink in, while I write my next post - where I'll address the options for solutions.

Are You Worried About Wasting Your Vote?

In case your 'objective media source' hasn't told you... Bush has openly and explicitly stated - 1. Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction 2. Bin Laden is not connected to Iraq 3. Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11 4. two planes destroyed 3 buildings on 9-11 (twin towers and tower 7 [a 52 story building, which happened to crumble at free fall speed because of "debris"]). All of which has justified unprecedented governmental expansion and loss of liberty (bills voted down by Congress were swapped and modified hours before vote, so Congress would be forced to vote on bills they've never read).

Today, you either have to be living with blinders on, or just have unquestioning belief and full faith in corporate news, to not know that America has basically gone to hell. I mean, everybody knows that the news is controlled, right? That, while much of the time reporters do the best they can, they often are compelled to leave out some things and thus are biased, no matter how "fair and balanced" they market themselves as. All the while, we're our losing rights at an accelerating rate and now we're facing the frightening threat of losing our founding documents completely. If this is news to you, I invite you to search youtube or google for 'american sovereignty' or 'constitution' and see for yourself the vast number of people trying to awake the people to this reality.

It has been said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results. Whether, this is the clinical definition, or not, we can agree that this would not be a smart way to run a country, or even a business for that matter. However, every election we're told that if we don't want to waste our vote then we have to vote for one of the "leading candidates". Though, rarely do we think about about exactly what this really means. We end up deciding that we have to pick from the best one out of the bad bunch, or just the one that sounds the best or that we like the most - but when is the last time you truly shared the convictions and values of your candidate. Is "winning" so important that you will put your beliefs aside to be able to say "I won"? ....Or, is it even really winning at all when you have to 'lower your bar' for a candidate who the media has told you has the best shot.

Most every candidate for presidency has held some office before and when they take this office they swear an oath to "defend the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic". This is a very serious oath which our founders made sure all legislators and all public officials would be required to take - for good reason too! The founding documents immortalized, and literally manifested the free world we know today. However, McCain and Obama consistently have voted to trample the Constitution, by going along with the Bush administrations agendas to expand federal power and both candidates have said they will continue what Bush has started. Do you really feel right putting your name under a man who cannot keep his solemn oath(s)?

Being an American means standing for your rights and standing for principles. So, when you compromise them, only then do you truly lose your vote - whats more, is that you end up losing your rights as well as I expect we may soon have to learn the hard way. I only hope that 'We The People' can learn to do our duty and uphold the principles and values of all those who've died for our country. Remember, they took an oath to defend our Constitution too. They fought to their last breath to protect your rights and freedom. Honor their service by standing your ground, to your last breath, to do the same.

I only ask what will become of us if no longer choose to do what is right?

The Introduction

The revolution of today is not just for today. The fight for freedom is a battle waged on our own soil, but not in the empirical sense. Rather, the battle for freedom is fought by weapons of esoteric means. Worse yet, since there is a design by the powers that be, this battle is not even known by all of the American people. To those who're aware of it, it's like a code that emerges from the matrix, seen on television and in the newspapers everyday. The revolution of today is a battle fought with bombs of manipulation, machine guns of defamation - and not for lives, but for minds. However, our task at hand is no easy one. Not only do we have the challenge of fighting our enemy but we also have challenge of not fighting with ourselves. The battlegrounds have been rigged, and our enemy hides in shadows, exploiting our weaknesses and taking advantage of our ignorance, manipulating our tendencies of reaction, and controlling much of what we're fed. If we hope to win and be free of unjust rule, then as James Madison said, "We must arm ourselves with the power which knowledge gives" - This is what The Constitution Revolution is all about.
